Hotel Pommerscher Hof

The 3-star hotel Pommerscher Hof, in the centre of Heringsdorf seaside resort on the island of Usedom, is one of the town’s most popular meeting place.

Monoplan has been appointed to redesign the public areas. While closed for a short time in spring 2020, the hotel’s reception and lobby, the restaurant, the coffee roasting house and the winter garden were converted.

The interior design is now themed as a ‘postcard from the seaside’. The new look draws on the island’s history, culture and landscape. The restaurant areas are fashioned to convey a seafront and market square feeling.

Master plan
The Seetel hotels on Usedom comprise a series of hotels, apartments and holiday homes.
Monoplan has drafted a master plan for the group, designed to bring the various offers together under a single brand and shared identity. This plan is now being put into action. Step by step, each style of building will be restored, renovated and redesigned based on its individual needs, with varying amounts of work. In January 2020, conversion work kicked off with the Pommerscher Hof hotel.
