Over the next two years in Zurich, the second hotel belonging to the Motel One Group in Switzerland will be built. In Brandschenkenstrasse street, approximately 350 guest rooms will be created within four connecting – yet architecturally completely different – buildings. Monoplan is responsible for the general planning contract and is looking forward to working on this exciting project in the heart of Zurich.
