Holiday Inn Bern Westside

Next door to the Bernaqua Water Park & Spa in the Westside Shopping Center in Bern, the Holiday Inn presents itself with a new design.

Monoplan was commissioned to design the hotel’s Bits & Bites brasserie with an open kitchen as well as the reception, bar and buffet area. The aim was to create a casual and sassy but still cozy atmosphere with a hint of the freshness of nature, an inviting lighting concept and furniture.

The result is a welcoming space decorated with many charming details that conclude in a Swiss style with a cosmopolitan twist. A unique atmosphere was created where one can watch its favorite meals being cooked in the open kitchen, surrounded by a very lively greenery.
