Motel One Zurich

In July 2017, it was the opening of the second Motel One in Switzerland – and the first in Zurich – on Brandschenkestrasse street. Boasting just shy of 400 rooms, it is the largest hotel in Zurich and the third largest in the whole of Switzerland.
Monoplan had the challenging task of harmonising the modern design with the listed buildings from three different historical building periods – a task that was completed with success.
