Specialist article on hotel conversions

In the current edition of the specialist magazine Hotelier, Daniel Schneider has written an article as a guest contributor on the subject of hotel conversions. With the title “Hotel-Zimmer statt Büros” (“Hotel rooms, not offices”), the article analyses the typologies of office and hotel, and assesses the repurposing of an existing office building into its use as a hotel, as well as any associated obstacles.
